Before you tuck them into the soil, here are a few friendly notes to keep everything blooming smoothly:
Every Tuber is unique: Dahlia tubers vary in size, shape, and appearance. A small tuber is not an indication of poor quality.
Viability: All tubers are inspected for firmness and a visible eye before shipping. However, we cannot guarantee sprouting or performance after planting, as growing success depends on environmental conditions and care.
Weather & Growing Conditions: Temperature, soil quality, moisture levels, pests, and planting practices can all affect growth. We are not responsible for losses due to improper storage, planting, or weather‑related issues.
Shipping: Shipping will start in April, weather permitting. Tubers are packed carefully to ensure safe transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist. If you want any additional items not included in your original order, please place a new order. We are unable to combine shipping.
Pick-up Orders: You will be notified by email when orders are ready. Typically, towards the end of April. It is your responsibility to pick them up during the set date/times.
Variety Accuracy: We make every effort to label varieties correctly. Rare mix‑ups can occur, but they are uncommon. If you believe you received the wrong variety, reach out and we’ll work with you on a solution.
