Dahlia seeds collected from our field. Open pollination, truly a bee’s choice. They make lovely garden flowers, and possibly even good cut flowers.
Each dahlia seed will produce a brand new unique flower. No two seeds will produce the same bloom!
We do not grow any Singles, Semi Doubles, Collarettes, or Anemones type dahlias in our fields. However, It is very common for seeds to produce some open petal blooms, please keep this in mind.
Dahlia seeds can be started indoors 5-6 weeks before your last frost date. Sow your seeds onto the surface of the soil & lightly cover, as they require some light exposure to germinate.
